Adsorption Dryer

Heatless Regenerated Adsorption Dryer

OXY-A-DRY

OXY-A-DRY BI / BM adsorption dryers are designed for breathable air applications.
The BI version is suitable for industrial applications in compliance with the EN12021 standard.

The BM version, on the other hand, can be used in medical applications where the European
Pharmacopoeia is applicable.

How It Works?

The operation of the dryer requires two columns working alternately.

In the first column, adsorption takes place under pressure, while in the second column regeneration occurs at atmospheric pressure using part of the already dried compressed air.

The dryers consist of top and bottom control blocks, a control unit with LED display, and two columns filled with desiccant material.

A third column is filled with a combination of special functional materials that reduce the concentration of certain substances to acceptable levels.

Springs in the columns prevent the desiccant granules from moving during operation.

Thanks to its proven robust design, it ensures effective and reliable operation, quick installation, and easy maintenance.
