In Oxyvital PSA O₂ generators, the process begins with ambient air being drawn into the system via a compressor and passed through pre-filters to remove moisture, oil, and particulates. The clean air is directed under pressure into tanks filled with Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS). Here, the zeolites adsorb nitrogen while allowing high purity oxygen to pass through.
